Review on 🔥 Genuine Toyota PTR03-00140 Cold Air Intake System for Enhanced Performance by Fort Steffen

Extremely high quality OEM caliber kit. As expected. Excellent guide. Not sure if a performance benefit will be realized. The intake groan is now audible at WOT, only adds to the driving experience if you like that kind of thing. Perhaps using genuine Toyota parts will help avoid warranty service problems in the future. We will see. It's certainly better than playing games and removing and reinstalling cold air kit components from a non-Toyota aftermarket company every time I have to do warranty work. The inner fender area where this kit (and the factory box) draws air from is fairly well "blocked" to get hot air under the hood and through the radiator. However, it is also largely isolated from all surrounding sides/areas against the ingress of ambient air from the outside. I spent a lot of time looking into this and was quite surprised. This could be Toyota's way of "eliminating" the possibility of water getting into the airbox. You've done a great job if that's the case. But I have to wonder if the airflow is disturbed. If time permits, I can return to this scenario.
