Broken bag as soon as you unzipped it
The makeup was terrible, the brushes were cheap and the zipper broke the first time. This was my daughter's gift for her first makeup kit and it was an awful experience for both of us. Needless to say, I don't buy other makeup products unless I know them well. I had to buy another bag for her from the market to make sure she had a makeup bag as I share custody with her father. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
