Review on 🍳 Black Spring Eggbeater 1 by Mark Green

Update: I reordered this pedal and the new one came with a black insert to prevent the spring from slipping out. It's not in the first photo but you can see it in the second photo. I'm glad to see that they corrected their design error. I bought these for their unobtrusive use. I learned to get in and out easily and they worked well. But after a while the spring on both pedals jumped out of the groove on the outside and the screw cap kept falling out. There is no way to keep the spring in its seat. With a little pressure, it pops up instantly at any time. Welding a small wall next to the groove seems to work, but isn't necessary.
