I ordered this because I read reviews about the product. When I received the new box, opened it up and started reading the installation instructions, the photos could have been a little better. Went to www and they were in color but not much better. And then I came to the warranty conditions. I was a little annoyed with the following statement which I copied and pasted from paper. (Please note: Pop & Lock™ items purchased from auction sites such as eBay, Revain and Craigslist etc. are under no circumstances covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Pop & Lock™, LLC (and Pop & Lock™ Corporation) may do not verify whether products sold through auction sites are new, used or refurbished and therefore Pop & Lock, LLC (and Pop & Lock™ Corporation) cannot guarantee such purchases (risk) Kit is installed and working, let's see how long it lasts
