We bought three of these lights and mounted them above the kitchen island. Here are my comments: 1. The lights were slightly larger than our previous ones and took a while to get used to. We knew how big it was, so it's on us. Now they seem fine.2. The lights are very attractive and make a well-made impression. We installed color changing lightbulbs and they add a bit of drama when we want to change color. We're still working on getting Alexa to change the colors, but again that's up to us.3. The headlights were packaged very well and delivered without damage.4. The written instructions seemed simple enough. The highlighted YouTube video didn't work when we installed the light, but it seems to be working now. We needed three lamps. We made the mistake of ordering a pair and one. Although in the same order, the spotlights arrived at different times and the loner looks different than the pair. In hindsight we should have ordered three singles instead of saving a whole buck by ordering a pair.6. The plate that screws into the ceiling electrical box has two screws that protrude downwards and act as a mounting point for the top of the lamp. These screws have a "pan head" and will create an uneven surface when this plate is installed in the electrical box (see image). We had to "place" the plate with washers to make it level.7. These bolts are tightened with nuts. If they are not tight, you will not be able to install the lamp properly. The nut on one lamp was too big and could not be tightened. Those are 5mm nuts. Luckily the 10-32 nut is about the same size and thread pitch and is suitable for replacement. However, this is a quality control issue and needed to be addressed. Bottom line: the lights are attractive, and we'll leave them on for a while. It would probably be a mistake to try to buy three lamps online and expect them to look the same. We deduct stars for the complexity of the installation.
