UPDATE: The company quickly contacted me to rectify the situation and promptly refunded my money along with an apology. I just wish we had more customer service experience like this. It happens that not every product works perfectly, but companies can stand behind their product if they help their customers. Would happily buy from this seller again. First review: I bought this for my iPhone because the original cable fell apart. When it arrived I was pleased, it looked smooth and charged well - no complaints. Then I noticed that the loading process was sporadic. Sometimes it loaded, sometimes not. The charging port was clean, I made sure there was no dust or dirt in it. Other cables worked fine so I knew there was no problem with my phone. Now it just won't load at all. Bought at the end of November, the problem appeared in mid-February. Two and a half months to live, half a month on his deathbed, RIP charge. Disappointing.
