They had to make them mirror images, one for the right and one for the left. When mounting on the left side, the magnetic strip barely holds the screws. It attaches with a single screw, but Milwaukee has two indentations on either side of the screw, and if these holders were lugged it would help prevent the holder from rotating in use. It holds bits well with magnets but not very firmly. We'll have to see if they stay in place with rough use. The idea is great, the fit and finish is good, but the design needs some work.
