Review on Jobber Carbide Tipped Standard 50360 by Ashwin Chauhan

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Broken after drilling 5 holes

Looked good quality when received, came in its own tube and had cosmoline (?) or some sort of wax to protect the tip. Allegedly made in the USA. I used it to drill holes in the bottom of the car's cast iron intake manifold to use long #7 3/8" screws to attach the oil slinger. It broke on the 5th hole so I had to try later to remove the hardened steel piece from the cast iron. Not easy. Very disappointing.

Pros
  • Twist drill
Cons
  • Unfashionable
