waste of money!

We bought this system and the suggested repeater to boost it. The repeater barely worked, we sent it back. We would have sent it back but we missed the deadline. The system has blocked us and does not recognize our password. There is no password reset information on the website or in the book; There is no reset button on the DVR. We emailed the company and it was returned immediately undeliverable. We can neither access it remotely nor get support from the company; this is a waste of our money.
