GM 3.1L / 3.4L V6 Intake Manifold Gasket Kit

This is just what the doctor ordered for those of you suffering from horrible LIM seal failure on GM vehicles running 3.1- or 3.4 liter vehicles. V6 engine. It usually appears as a milky oil contaminated with antifreeze. The engine can also overheat. This is due to the physical destruction of the existing OEM plastic and silicone gasket. It lacks the strength to handle the expansion and contraction at the interface between the aluminum cylinder heads, aluminum intake manifold and cast iron engine block. This allows antifreeze to enter and exit the cooling passages and/or sometimes both. In any case, this product will solve the problem forever. It includes steel lower intake manifold gaskets with PermaDry rubber coating. Here's a great way to replace the GM 3.1L/3.4L LIM Gasket: [.] This specific part number, MS98003T, is for newer 1999 to present 3.4L V6 engines. Use on older 3.1L engines before 1998 MS98004T. Make sure you ONLY use one of these two sets. There are other cheaper kits that duplicate the original OEM gasket materials. You will fail in a short time. Since about mid-2003, these improved seals have been factory fitted as replacement parts, replacing the old plastic seals. One tool you might consider for this job is here on Revain, Lisle Push Rod Remover 2.8L, 3.1L, 3.4L GM V6. This allows you to remove the pushers without removing the rocker arms. This saves about 2 hours or so at work. You can watch a video demo here:[.]
