Good for a week for car video

The radio from eonon worked perfectly for 1 week. I tried to start the car and when I tried to use the Eonon radio there was no sound. I tried using the controls on the side of the radio screen and they didn't work either. Steering wheel controls didn't work. CarPlay didn't work either. I would really like this radio if it worked like it did the first week. Now it's useless.
