Review on Efficient Powerbuilt Rotary Barrel Pump (Model 648771) for Easy Transfer of Liquids by Jack Bhowmik

After about 4 months of moderate use, the molded collar around the air intake in the center of the cover cracked in two places, broken, then the screws broke out of the metal cover. Now I'm trying to get a new collar from the manufacturer. The lid itself is fairly thin for its intended use. I tried to contact the manufacturer to get a repair kit and they replied to my email but overall even with spares this item is really designed for minimal and infrequent use. I finally broke down and ordered a more durable model from another manufacturer at a much higher price. I would not recommend this product to anyone planning to use their pump more than a few times a year.
