So, my acquaintance began when I called dyson to find out if they had an installment plan, the young man answered yes, you can come to any official store and arrange an installment plan. I confidently went to the store, but they told me that they do not have such a thing. I was upset that I was given false information, but I bought the vacuum cleaner anyway. Arriving home, joyful, I unpacked the vacuum cleaner. After literally 3 minutes of use, the battery is empty, I think it's ok, I'll put it on charge right now and continue cleaning. Unfortunately this was my last use of a vacuum cleaner. I called the service center and told my trouble, they confidently said I can return the product or exchange it for a new one. I collected the box and took it back to the store, they told me that I had to go to the service center and give it for examination, I say, I just bought the guys in the evening and brought it back in the morning, why should I travel all over Hong Kong. As a result, the manager agreed to go himself and hand over my vacuum cleaner, I'm sitting waiting for all this to be resolved. Attitude towards the company has dropped a lot, especially non-professional support workers. The service we have in 2022 is just awful.
