Very sturdy, just beware of top closure.
The bags work well, just be careful when you are squeezing out your nut milk. The top does not close tightly and you can accidentally squeeze pulp out if you are not paying attention. I honestly think I could have done fine with only the smallest size bag, even for cold brew coffee. I use the largest bag for buying produce at the store to avoid using plastic produce bags.
