First time broken - super quick and easy replacement
First time sent broken. I reported this and got a replacement very quickly. The return was completely painless. I just had to put it in a little box. UPS came the next day with the label removed. The second worked great, just plug it in. Although the first one didn't work, I was so impressed with the response and resupply that I had to give this one 5 stars.
