While setting this up was easy, we did have some trouble understanding the capability with Alexa. We also had some concerns after reading some reviews that had cautioned of the high cost of receiving SMS text messages to alert as to when motioned detection was triggered.Well, I called customer services and within 30 minutes their tech support called me back right when we were told they would. They made sure everything was set up properly and really took the time to go over our concerns with us.Just a note on those concerns: SMS texting is completely optional. Their app will send you push notifications on your phone. As to Alexa; while it does have some functionality (setting routines to turn on lights etc.) you cannot disarm or arm it with voice command - which made sense when you think all a potential intruder would have to do is ask Alexa to please disarm the alarm lolOverall we are very pleased with the product and their customer service.
