Too small and the product does not match the photo

My son is rather small. As a 3.5, it still fits in other brands' 2T. I also ordered 3T of these and it's too small for that. Also the product I received has a zipper in the middle but there was no zipper in the photo and that's what I liked about it. My goodness, was that annoying!
