Got this for the stock 1TB hard drive. It seems to match pretty good with the other black heat sinks that came on the mother board. The installation was not too hard but the strips were a tad bit longer so I cut a very small piece off from both strips it came with. Also make sure to take off the sticker from the hard drive to make the heat pads work better. Helps lower the heat a bit and probably gives the hard drive more overall life.
