I would definitely recommend this heat sink over any other for internal ssd installation in Playstation 5. I've seen some of the other heatsinks available for the Playstation 5 but there is much less of a chance of damaging your ssd while installing your ssd in your Playstation 5 with this heatsink. Price is reasonable and less than many others on Revain. Installation for me was a snap and I encountered no problems. Works perfectly with my WD Black SN850 SSD.

This heatsink barely clears the "back" side panel when closed for the CoolerMaster NR200 case, assuming your ITX motherboard has a rear m.2 slot. Its not the most slim option but it's slim enough for my application and the price wasnt bad either. Its dropped my m.2 temps over 14C which made it almost as effective as the front m.2 slot that has a pre-installed heatsink (Asus X570-i)

I was getting a little nervous about how hot my rtl-sdr-blog v3 dongle was running so I started looking for heatsinks. I bought this recently and after i bought it noticed several reviews claiming that this item is too big , having to compress heatsink too hard , not allowing room to put the outter shield that is on the ps5 over the drive once installed.Let me tell you , every single one of those reviews you read are either people not understanding how to put it together or they done something wrong. Used this with the WD black SSD. Fits nicely so that the cover bay closes without any issues. Highly recommend May need to replace thermal silicone pad periodically to maintain optimal performance.

Got this for the stock 1TB hard drive. It seems to match pretty good with the other black heat sinks that came on the mother board. The installation was not too hard but the strips were a tad bit longer so I cut a very small piece off from both strips it came with. Also make sure to take off the sticker from the hard drive to make the heat pads work better. Helps lower the heat a bit and probably gives the hard drive more overall life.

This Heatsink is very easy to install on a Samsung 980 Pro 2TB M.2 memory stick. The thermal pads stick really well and it clears the cover on my PS5 perfectly. It's a very reasonable price compared to buying the M.2 w/ Heatsink as a package deal.

I have used 2 of these with a WD Black and a Sabrent SSD for the PS5 and it works perfectly to fit inside the PS5 as an extra hard drive.

Bought it in black so my WD-Blue ssd would blend in with the rest of my build. Does the job, and so far seems to work in keeping the drive cool as well.

The items were overly presentable; thumbs up for that! The downside was not hearing the ssd snap into place (with the heat sink). It may be that the dimension is not giving enough breathable space for the teeth to attach into the PS5 socket (Samsung 2TB Pro). Only have the base and silicone inside without the top. Nevertheless, Samsung has thermal tech to provide overheating. Maybe you don’t need a heat sink?

Adding my M.2 drive to this heat sink was pretty strait forward and easy to follow the directions. And as the headline says, it fits perfectly in my PS5

Keeps sad cool for ps5 the adhesion on the silicone or whatever it is wasn't the best but it's all held together with screws so not a big deal

Easy to install, added bonus is that it comes with the unique screws, risers, and screwdriver to install an ssd drive on your system board.

PS5 COMPATIBLE. Checks all the boxes the pros say you need in a PS5 HEATSINK. I did what I call a "BURN TEST” where I disabled all auto off features on ps5 played a video game from the ssd expanded storage for hours and let it stay on and running the game until the same time the next day. Flawless performance during my very scientific study.

Fits perfectly with the PS5. A bit tricky to install because the thermal pads are slightly bigger than they need to be, but nothing that a pair of scissors can’t fix.

It looks good. I like that the screws holding it together are black. Other brands I looked at has silver screws, which I didn't think looked good with black heatsink.

Quite easy to install following the instructions. You may want to double-check the small curve for the screw is matching the right side of the SSD. Learned my lesson by putting it wrongly at first. But it is also super easy to get it off and re-attach to the ssd.
