I recently upgraded to a new 13-inch Apple MacBook Air with Retina display. I looked at many USB-C hub adapters but settled on this one mainly because of the price. The product description says it's for a MacBook Pro, but after looking at the pictures of the adapter and MacBook Air I see no reason why it shouldn't work. This adapter was way cheaper than other similar adapters so I decided to give it a try. When I received my new MacBook Air I plugged in the adapter and it worked great. I haven't used the HDMI port on the adapter yet, but I've used all the others and haven't had a single problem. I have a case on my computer and even with a case the connection is good.
