A very good piece of hardware. My Logitech G7 right click hasn't worked for a while, and only recently I've noticed that it won't walk on rocks in game, causing me to get out of ADS. Item arrived in good, clean condition. My unit had wear and tear on the pads themselves, which will certainly be remanufactured, but it's noticeable on a hard gaming mouse. With a cloth/mesh/hybrid upholstery, I would assume this wouldn't be an issue. The seller worked with me and was very nice. FYI, there are replacement pads here at Revain for $7 for a set of two if that's what you're looking for.
