Fits my 2002 F150 2WD with no problem. This ball joint looks a bit odd with a little rubber boot, but it does what it's supposed to do. Installation was easy, like any other lower ball joint. This has a Zerk fitting that you will need to install and make sure to add some lube before using. They have some lube but not enough for long term use. Also make sure you oil them regularly to keep them full and they should last the life of the car. A small problem is that one of my two sets did not have a new cotter pin. It's okay, I have spare cotter pins laying around. If you don't, you can use your old one (as long as it's not broken or rusty). Also, just FYI, these castle nuts are 27mm. The old ones were 21mm. I was able to remove the old ones, but I didn't have a 27mm head. I had to buy another car but make sure you have 27mm before starting if you don't have another car. The good news is that on a 2WD the nut on the hub is 27mm. So if you replace/repackage the bearings you will have the correct head size.
