Review on VectorCare by Eddie Timbeross

VectorCare is a fully customizable, comprehensive healthcare logistics platform. The platform is very easy to use. They have a great team of customer service reps that are always willing to help. There are a lot of features that are great, but the platform can be a little slow at times. The platform is easy to use, and the customer service is great. We were able to use its system for patient information (incl. medication list) for our hospital to prevent any mislabeling of medical/pain supplies or errors in treatment. VectorCares data transfer was not reliable, though a good support staff helped us out with some issues that arose at times after we first implemented it into daily processes.. Their web portal provides excellent resources regarding proper labeling procedures for nurses as well as other stakeholders within hospitals.
