We have been using vectorcare for a few years now and have been very happy with the service we have received.

VectorCare is a fully customizable, comprehensive healthcare logistics platform. The platform is very easy to use. They have a great team of customer service reps that are always willing to help. There are a lot of features that are great, but the platform can be a little slow at times. The platform is easy to use, and the customer service is great. We were able to use its system for patient information (incl. medication list) for our hospital to prevent any mislabeling of medical/pain supplies

Overall good experience working together since implementation

I like that we have everything in one place to manage our day-to-day business with our patients/clients. Nothing! It does what it says so far--and has been easy for myself as an individual provider (not my staff) to use. Would be great if there were more templates or ways of getting started. You need someone who knows how to navigate through all the aspects to get things up and running efficiently. And you still need people trained throughout your organization to keep their heads above water…

  • Everything is connected together easily without much fuss; very intuitive user experience even though not used extensively yet..haven’t really seen other platforms offering anything close either.very well done here!!! Great product but difficult implementation

I like that it integrates with our other systems (ERP). It has helped us to improve efficiency in patient flow throughout all of our facilities by automating many processes such as scheduling appointments, tracking orders/meds from order entry through dispensing at each location. The system needs some work - most importantly for me, there are not enough reports available out-of-the box so customization was required which took longer than expected.   • In terms if interoperability between disparate platforms; ease integration into existing IT environment without much extra cost or overhead involved..and relatively painless implementation process! Can't ask more :)
