Since my daughter (almost 11 years old) got this bag more than 2 months ago, she took it EVERYWHERE. It has enough room for them to wear their nicknames, but not so much that it becomes unwieldy. Even more surprising is that she looks like she's still in very good shape, which is surprising since she's very rude with bags.
