It works out! - but beware of rising price

I bought it for two reasons: The obvious need was to protect my wall from the doorknob. Also, I bought it to hide my failed attempt to fix a wall from previous doorknob collisions. This product worked well for both purposes. It was very easy to put on and is still holding up very well on the wall. BUT. I would like to warn you that after purchasing this product, the price more than doubled. I bought it for $2.30 then the price went up to $5.75. You can find it at a much better price at other retailers (like Home Depot, where I bought more as the price went up).
