Love this size fits in cups
I'm a pastry chef and this is perfect for heating up my ganache or other sauces. It's heavy, but made of glass, so that's to be expected. I love that it comes with a lid so I can store it in the fridge if needed. It is ideal for whipping or heating large amounts of liquid. Bought 2, love it!
