It was a simple replacement for my existing Kwikset lock

This was a simple replacement for my existing Kwikset lock. Installation required a flathead and Phillips screwdriver and took about 15 minutes. The functionality of the SmartKey is amazing - you can program this lock with your existing key in about 30 seconds. This is definitely better than the old locksmith way of replacing pins. The finish is very attractive and the door handle has a very smooth engagement. Although very strong, no game.
