We used CrossReference for our non-profit to send out emails and newsletters to our constituents. This feature made it easy to send mass emails without writing them by hand, and easy to see statistics on who opened the emails. I didn't like the interface, and didn't like that I couldn't set up a folder system for our emails. The program was very expensive, and I didn't think it gave us the full benefit that we needed. If we had to use it again, I would look for another program that offered more flexibility. I used it to send out emails about our activities, and to stay in touch with our constituents.
