I looked at several local mounts before purchasing and this mount is as heavy as any of the more expensive mounts. The only issue I have with this mount is that it is advertised as a under cabinet/ceiling mount. If a seller wants to advertise this as under cabinet mounting, they need to include more fasteners, mainly mounting screws, washers and nuts. The only screws provided are snap-on threads for use in hardwood, concrete or possibly cavity wall with the plastic anchors provided. My photos show where the cabinet is in the box, but I've included each page with instructions, and the glaring omission relates to assembling the cabinets. Of course you can use the supplied screws on your cabinets, but you will likely have a 1" pointed screw protruding into the cabinet. I would love to give this mount 5 stars, but for many it means an extra ride. to the hardware store for bolts, nuts and washers.
