Review on Emakefun by Vince Dickey

When I first became an Emakefun customer, I was thrilled by the company's many engaging and educational options. Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience with their science kits, card games, or board games. The science kit I received was incomplete and the instructions were confusing. The card games were badly built and readily tore, while the board games were poorly assembled from cheap, easily broken materials. In addition, I was not impressed by their assistance to customers. The employee I interacted with was unhelpful and unresponsive when I tried to remedy the concerns by contacting them. As a whole, my experience with Emakefun's products and support was less than satisfying. I was hoping much more from a brand that promotes itself as placing equal importance on entertainment and education. If you are seeking for high-quality educational toys, I would not recommend this firm.
