Delivered on November 5th but the batteries ran out on December 8th. Just thought maybe the batteries were a bit old when they were shipped. BUT, I replaced the batteries on December 8th (they were dated during installation) and today, December 25th, the batteries are dead again. Batteries set to 12-8-20 were energizers. I don't think I would want a scale that requires replacing the CR2032 batteries every month! Update 12/29/20: AMAZING customer service! I wrote to the company to find out what the normal lifespan of a battery pack was. I received a quick reply that it was abnormal battery drain and they sent me a replacement scale under warranty! The batteries are supposed to last about a year.
