Maybe it would be better in the middle part of its range

I returned it. Although it is shown in 1 gram increments, it appears to be much less accurate. When tested with a kitchen plate and tare function, a five gram weight (US Nickel) caused the display to jump between 0, 4 and 5 grams and then everywhere the weight was deleted, which should go back to tare 0 from -4 to -9 grams. It might have been better in the middle of its range, but it didn't suit my needs.

I really like the scale BUT.

Delivered on November 5th but the batteries ran out on December 8th. Just thought maybe the batteries were a bit old when they were shipped. BUT, I replaced the batteries on December 8th (they were dated during installation) and today, December 25th, the batteries are dead again. Batteries set to 12-8-20 were energizers. I don't think I would want a scale that requires replacing the CR2032 batteries every month! Update 12/29/20: AMAZING customer service! I wrote to the company to find out what…

Note for bread makers

I have had a smaller Escali for about 5 years. It has a smaller capacity (too small for bread baking) but still works well. I baked a loaf of bread today with this ArtiXL22101B and it kept freezing after I pressed the tare button. For example, with a bowl of a bread machine, already on the scales. plus maybe 400g of flour and water if you hit the "Tare" button and then add rye flour it's zero grams no matter how much you added (no I didn't accidentally hit the "Hold" - button pressed) . This is

I love this thing so far.

This is the third digital scale I have recently purchased and the only one that appears to be accurate. It arrived last night so I immediately made buns to try it out. The recipe lists volume and weight. I put the bowl on the scale and weighed it. First I measured the flour and then added it to the bowl and it turned out to be the same weight. I did the same with all the dry ingredients including adding salt and yeast without using the tare function as there were very few of them. I then…
