Faulty Switch: Interior

I bought this for a 1995 K1500. After installation, the light got worse. Even the gauges on the dashboard stopped working. After several days of trying to find the problem, I bought another one from my local parts store. Now it works like new. I understand that this is an electrical part and sometimes it fails. Didn't have time to wait for a replacement, just sent it back for a refund. I would check other reviews with the same issue as mine before purchasing.
