Impressive customer service

Received the keyboard in August, very happy with it and easy to set up. In Nov six of the keys stopped working. Very disappointed, however, when I contacted customer service, their response was impressive. We first tried to fix the problem, but quickly after that failed, a new keyboard was immediately sent out to me. I hope the new keyboard works better and longer the the original and I can update later. I will recommend the product however, based on the response from Chesona’s customer service. I do like the keyboard.
