I was sucked in by the rainbow keyboard which is really fun in person. But you get what you pay for - this case is much cheaper than other cases, for good reason. The iPad doesn’t automatically lock when you close the case, and you cannot just close the case and go when you’re done using the keyboard. You have to lift the keyboard off the base and maneuver it around so it fits in the right place to close everything up. (You have to do the same in reverse when opening it.) If you’re in a hurry…

Received the keyboard in August, very happy with it and easy to set up. In Nov six of the keys stopped working. Very disappointed, however, when I contacted customer service, their response was impressive. We first tried to fix the problem, but quickly after that failed, a new keyboard was immediately sent out to me. There's really nothing I dislike about this wireless keypad.It was easy to setup, easy to use, excellent battery life and is very responsive to what I wanted. I haven't found it too heavy either.The keys themselves are extremely nice and love the blue color back lighting. I use it for my work to present certain product offerings over a slide show and boy is it handy to simply start typing vs having to deal with using the iPad's touch screen - I would highly recommend it!

Awesome product! Great service from seller. My daughter loves to be able to change colors on the keyboard. Product is on the heavier side but it’s expected with the keyboard. It will definitely protect the iPad from breaking if it was dropped. Make sure to check for the charging cable as I almost threw it away as it’s tucked into the packing.

Worked well for some time, then the keyboard had an issue with staying charged and flashing. Not sure if there was a short. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE was excellent, responded right away and sent me a new case very quickly. Things aren’t always perfect, stuff happens but if the company helps you out, they get props!

I just around to writing a review on this. I like the product so much it warranted it. It works great with my 2017 iPad Pro. It makes it feel like a mini computer. I mostly use it to work on google spread sheets. It feels very sturdy and the keys respond very well. Feels good to type on. The only knock is with the iPad, it feels heavy with the whole setup. My Pad Pro 10.5 NON-Backlit Case Keyboard DIED! So I decided to buy this 2017 iPad Air 3rd Gen 10.5 Backlit Keyboard as a replacement. It is heavier, but the keyboard can be seen easily in LOW LIGHTING! I can use the keyboard in my lap, on a table, or attached to the case, and it has an on/off switch when not in use. The CASE is HEAVIER but provides an assortment of angles for screen viewing when reclining in bed, watching a program on it, and working on my Apple Laptop. It's a great price!

Having to get up at a moments notice, I've accidentally dropped entire case to a carpeted floor from just above chair seat height multiple times, with no harm to my iPad Air 3. I've also knocked-off the keyboard to the floor by itself. still works like a charm! The Multi-color Backlit Keyboard is perfect when having to work in dark conditions. I am comparing this product to the Apple Magic Keyboard which for me failed at 16 months with AppleCare refusing to cover replacement, so I was happy to locate this product as a potential replacement. The case is very sturdy and heavy duty. It will protect your iPad well. I found that the iPad pencil slot fits other kinds of styli as well, particularly my Logitech Crayon.I had issues with the keyboard. I stopped charging and I was unable to turn it on at all, much less connect it to Bluetooth. I think this is one of the best ipad keyboard cases but I found problems. The hinge will fall loose after a while and if you tighten it it will break. I fixed this by disassembling it and putting a bunch of JB Welding where the hinge connects to the top cover and then screwing it back on tight. This has worked because I have not had anymore problems.I also added magnetic strip weights on the bottom case under the track pad because this case is just not bottom heavy. I really liked this product. It was good quality. The case was everything I wanted. Really turned my iPad into a laptop as the keyboard is exactly like a PC keyboard. I paired it up with my iPad easily(and I’m technologically challenged). The only problem was with me. My left arm is painful and for me it was a bit heavy. It protects my iPad very well. The keyboard is well made, very stiff and it seems durable. I haven’t had any problems connecting it to my iPad. I love the backlight keys and the colors options. The case and the keyboard does add some weight but its not a problem for me. Great product overall.

what I liked about this product was that it is strong and sturdy for my iPad which I need bc I drop it a lot I love that my pen can fit perfectly in the case. the keyboard is really fast and responsive towards my iPad.the manual gives great detail on how to set up the wireless keyboard and how to use it. so overall I think this product was really good five stars.

I use an iPad like a mini-laptop with a lot of writing taking place so having a keyboard is a must for me. I also seem to find myself writing at night on a regular basis so I was also searching for something with a good backlight. This keyboard/folio setup is really making me happy right now! A word of caution, sometimes if you are running another bluetooth device (especially wireless earbuds) the keyboard can suddenly start getting super-slow and laggy.
