I've been feeding him seed all the time and only recently found out how harmful excess sunflower seeds are

expensive but my bird's health is worth it. I've been feeding him seeds all the time and only recently found out how harmful seeds can be when consumed in excess. It looks like the only seed my birds will eat and I want it to eat more nutritiously. This is good for my lovebirds and conure. Was just surprised at how little there was compared to the seeds in the pack but well worth the money.
