A Cooling Device That Had Us in a Spin

We installed the YMGI 36000 BTU 16 SEER Ceiling Cassette Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner Heat Pump in our home and have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, it cools the room down to a comfortable temperature in no time, which is great on hot summer days. On the other hand, the installation process was a nightmare - we had to hire professionals to do it for us and it cost us a fortune. The 15 ft lineset and wire were included, which was a nice bonus, but we still didn't feel like we got our money's worth. Plus, the design is not the most aesthetically pleasing and takes up quite a bit of space on our ceiling.
