Review on BORUO by Jose Cox
Review: Disappointed with BORUO's Product Quality and Customer Service I just bought a number of items from their online store and was dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service. The clothes items I ordered appeared to be of poor quality, and they didn't fit well. I bought some shoes that were uncomfortable and poorly made.
Additionally, their customer support personnel did not satisfactorily address a number of problems I experienced with my order. My inquiries were either dismissed out of hand or received a general response that did not address my particular issues. Although the BORUO website is simple to use and has a large selection of things, I didn't have a great time shopping there. I was left feeling angry and let down by my purchase. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I would not advise using BORUO. My expectations were not met in terms of product quality, and the level of customer service was lacking. If you want to buy high-quality apparel, shoes, and jewelry, there are better options accessible.
