I'm not a professional, but I'm good at smoothing a bead of caulk or caulk with my finger. Lots of DIY projects have given me some practice. I had to put a lot of silicone caulk in very visible places in our newly remodeled bathroom. I decided to give it a try. I will never caulk or caulk again without this or a similar tool. It makes the whole process much easier, faster and gives better results.
