I think this is a really handy selection of stainless steel wood screws - the variety is very handy and useful, and it's well organized: each of the smaller sizes is in a little pouch, and each of them is spread out in a box. And there is a sticker on the top of the box to tell you where each size is. There are additional barriers. The range includes tweezers that work well for small sizes that seem to have a will of their own as they slide past my blunt fingertips! There is also a small Phillips tool. It is very comfortable. For literally decades, I've been picking up screws of unknown composition from all sorts of things and tossing the screws in a coffee can. Finding the right screws, especially the right size, is a real headache. So for me, this compact box with such a large selection of frequently used sizes in such a relatively small space is simply great. And they're made of 304 stainless steel, so I know they're strong and very rust resistant. By having them in one place and close at hand, so to speak, I just save time and do repairs and minor repairs right on the spot. Fly projects are a lot less frustrating ;)
