Product was not overly easy to clean even with the given brush. Also after three uses the product has already started to rust. I purchased this on February 22nd and today is April 14th. So after three uses and not even 2 months, I need to throw this away. I wish I had known about this prior to purchasing or prior to the return window closing because now it's just junk that is unsafe to use for food. Before the rust issue, I had no problems with this item and it worked great. I do not recommend purchasing this. I used to have another meat tenderizer in the past from another brand and I did not have the same issues with that one.Update: Company has excellent customer service and offered me a full refund. They also mentioned they are going to be improving their product's performances based on customer's comments and reviews. Although I still cannot use the product, I greatly appreciate they listen their customers and that customer satisfaction is important to them. I added back one star for their amazing customer service.
