Good But Not Great: Saw Blades, Parts & Accessories

Well this little one is a good bit of gear for your DeWalt auger saw or Sidewinder saw (dcs577 or 578 among others I think). Don't make one of the impromptu circus saw tracks yourself. And even if you did, it's still useful and good to have on hand. However, for my taste it initially turned out to be a bit unwieldy, with all its adjustments and limitations. This maximum stretch is great for ripping, not so much for transversely cutting large 4-inch boards in half. But hey, it's a break lead/fence so it definitely lives up to what it says. /not great/maybe-better-but-let-not-raise-the-price. All in all I would recommend it to anyone who has a great DeWalt Beast and wants it to be precise yet fast acting.
