I was very skeptical about the product but was surprised that it actually works. I'm giving 4 out of 5 due to 2 things that need improvement with the product: 1. It's definitely not slip resistant so you'll need something like a rubber mat to put it in place to keep it from slipping. no slipping in use .2. It really shreds the meat, we tried it with chicken, but it still leaves some big chunks of meat that you have to move around to shred it better. My wife loves it and overall I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It definitely saves time compared to chopping with forks!
