Using this product, our team found that it was difficult to use and resulted in an uneven shred. The only pro was that it is dishwasher safe, but that doesn't make up for the hassle of using it. As a new buyer in search of efficient Home and Kitchen tools, I do not recommend this product.

I was very skeptical about the product but was surprised that it actually works. I'm giving 4 out of 5 due to 2 things that need improvement with the product: 1. It's definitely not slip resistant so you'll need something like a rubber mat to put it in place to keep it from slipping. no slipping in use .2. It really shreds the meat, we tried it with chicken, but it still leaves some big chunks of meat that you have to move around to shred it better. My wife loves it and overall I was pleasantly

I just got it and am giving it 5 stars without trying it just for the idea and so simple it is a solution to a boring kitchen work, but I think the teeth will eventually break or start to bend and therefore lose the ability to properly shred the meat which would be too much of a risk to use in a commercial kitchen if one of them breaks and the user does of which will not notice.
