I just got it and am giving it 5 stars without trying it just for the idea and so simple it is a solution to a boring kitchen work, but I think the teeth will eventually break or start to bend and therefore lose the ability to properly shred the meat which would be too much of a risk to use in a commercial kitchen if one of them breaks and the user does of which will not notice. I'd love to see a larger professional version (say, one with at least an 11-12 inch shredding plate) made out of stainless steel with a hard silicone ring on the rim, and I'm more than sure it'll be flying off the shelves. At least I want to be the first to buy at least one pair.
