They are made from excellent, durable plastic and are easy and fun to create. inserting it into the pocket leaves a fingernail-width gap at the edge. Loose fit, not a "snap" fit as detailed in the accompanying video. I followed the instructions using the appropriate 11.11 and 17mm sockets. Since the fly was used to protect the wide board from flexing, I used a 1/4" deep tab. I don't know if a deeper insert is the problem, but it has a loose, cosmetically poor fit. I made 5 of these inserts with the same results with large and medium fly templates The plastic bushings come loose a bit I will use templates and a cutter but with a brass bushing Did Milescraft have a bad batch of bushings?
