I like all aspects, it's very easy to set up rules because there are many prebuilt ones available for any request or problem; also their training course was really helpful! All customers have different needs so some options may not be suitable as they require more customization than others - this depends directly with your skillset/knowledge base etc.; but overall great tool which has made my life easier by automating 90+ % requests received from clients (from ticketing through chatbots).
Also using Chatbot feature we can handle calls easily & quickly solve issues before reaching out team members who work longer shifts at night time / early morning timeslots when our agents would typically respond late during those periods due to shift changes / leave days off.
