Although the square came in a fancy plastic case and was wrapped in oil, the case is another thing to throw away. If you use the square several times a day, the cover will be useless. Anyway, when I first used the square, one of the pins holding the square fell out somewhere in the shop. Maybe it's just an isolated case. I'm returning this to Revane.
