The ease of use and very quick to set up. It was easy to train our staff on the software and they were able to get started right away. I wish there was an option to have more than one patient in each record, but that is not really a big deal as we are seeing patients every day and it would be very difficult to keep track of multiple records at once. You can't do all your notes in the same way as you could with paper charts. We've been using this system since 2012, and we've never had any problems with it. It has been very helpful in keeping track of all of our patients' information from appointment to follow-up visits.
